Conductive Die Attached Silver Adhesive
NTC conductive silver die attached adhesive uses epoxy resin system and can be used in RGB-LED packaging. It has a fast curing speed. The curing time is 30 minutes in the oven at 150℃. The Silver adhesives have a strong bonding strength after curing.
